Choosing the correct fluid nozzle & fluid needle -

Please ensure that you choose the correct fluid tip and needle that matches the air cap you have. All DeVilbiss Advance HD spray guns are compatible with these fluid nozzles, fluid needles and air caps. Please refer to the product technical manual.

When replacing any fluid nozzle or fluid needle, replace both at the same time. Torque to 9-11Nm. Do not over tighten the fluid nozzle and use SN-28 10mm spanner supplied with the gun and check with a torque wrench.

All fluid nozzles, fluid needles and aircaps are kept in stock, orders placed before 3.30pm Monday-Friday EST will be shipped the same day.
